Radical Source ATL- you have to attend! Seriously!!

  So, a couple of months ago, I stepped of my branch and decided that I really need to come out behind the leaves and publically participate in some type of recruiting capacity such as a conference or training. The opportunity presented itself as Geoff Webb approached me and asked if me and several other of my peers if we would like to participate in Radical Source ATL. I thought about and said, what the heck, lets do it!
  So on Dec 15th, you have to come join us, this is going to be one heck of a gathering in the ATL. If you think about the Atlanta Recruiting community, we have some of the best and brightest recruiters/sourcers in the country, ok, I am biased, but really, it would be a good argument! This conference is going to be unconference style. What I am expecting is a super collaboration of the minds that will challenge each other in both positive and negative situations, debating over recruiting subjects from a challenging perspective. Like other conferences that I attend, its usually the speakers opinions and show, but what we will have at Radical is thought processes in a group collaborating on hopefuly edgy stuff people would not say at a larger conference. So............
  I am dropping the hammer, I am going to lead a track that I am going to call-

Mobile Recruiting? Really? Cmon....... 

Yea, I said it, I am ready, I expect a uproar, I expect some of my mobile guru friends to show up and defend their ideas and I expect some might agree with that title. But what I want to happen is we get into a serious debate with no presentations and let's lay it down about Mobile Recruiting. Lets get it out in the open, bring on your opinions, positive and negative, I will make sure I bring the kid loves in case we get a little physical in our debate! 

 Are you up to the challenge? Do you really want to get the inside opinions, what is at stake for the future of this technology, well then, I expect to see you in Atlanta for Radical Source ATL on Dec 15th, 2010. We are going to lay it down and get gritty and hopefully come out feeling satisfied about mobile recruiting because you let your voice and opinion be heard. See you there!!!
