Talent 42 Conference

I just signed up to attend the Talent 42 Conference in Seattle on June 13-14th! I am very excited for two reasons. Number 1 is the content and speakers that are lined up is awesome and Number 2 I have never been to Seattle. I also get to hang with my Sourcing 7 aka Seattle recruiters sharing sourcing/recruiting best practices and ideas! If you can attend I highly recommend attend this event!

Meeting of the minds at TAG Recruiting

After conducting and attending tonights TAG Recruiting Meeting http://www.tagonline.org/tag-recruiting.php , I had the opportunity to have a late meeting after the meeting with Ed Newman and Eric Jaquith. The discussion was incredible, The inspiration was think in the air with two legends of the recruiting industry. So worth talking into the late wee hours!
